To organizations launching or transitioning to a virtual auction fundraiser, we offer two packages. Both provide regularly-scheduled strategic consultations and pre-event tactical support to assist your team in its efforts to maximize revenue, identify and effectively utilize fundraising software solutions, and build internal systems and timelines. C2Auctions acts as a primary operator of your fundraising software for the duration of your virtual fundraising effort.

 
 

Basic Virtual Package

The Basic Virtual Package includes:

  • Start-to-finish sequence of strategic consultations, including sessions focused on budget development, software identification and utilization, revenue stream development, item inventory and redemption, and post-event follow-up

  • Limited data entry and software setup services to supplement the work of your staff and volunteer team, as needed

  • Primary operator services for your auction management software for the duration of your virtual event

  • Support staff, as needed, for your virtual stage production, including Data Entry Staff, Proxy Bidders, Phone Bank Staff, and Auction Management Software Technical Support Staff

  • Consultation with an expert in the creation of virtual productions who will provide guidance with regard to technological requirements and programmatic elements

Platinum Virtual Package

The Platinum Package includes the services and staffing outlined the Basic Virtual Package, in addition to the execution of the following administrative aspects of auction preparation:

  • Creation of basic certificates, as necessary, for non-tangible items to be distributed to winning bidders

  • Numbering, inventorying, and organizing of tangible items and certificates for distribution

  • Setting of minimum bids, raises, and guaranteed bids and creation of bid sheets for silent auction items, as applicable
