Team Members

C2Auctions has more than 50 event-day team members who serve as event managers, expert registration staff, and item distribution managers. All team members participate in annual training exercises, work with us at multiple events, and exemplify professionalism in appearance, experience, and attitude. We are a service-oriented company. Our team members act as the face of your organization and enthusiastically seek solutions for you and your guests.

Cathy Albo
Co-Founder

Cathy is an expert in donor and volunteer development, and her success is a result of her ability to lead, motivate, and inspire. Before launching C2Auctions, Cathy spent 25 years at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School in Washington, D.C. as the Associate Director of Development. In that role, she oversaw the school’s annual giving campaigns for many years, two capital campaigns, and the annual auction to benefit the financial aid program.

Chris O’Shea
Co-Founder

Before joining C2Auctions full-time, Chris spent a decade in independent school advancement and communications in Washington. Before coming to D.C., he spent five years in the hospitality industry, learning event planning and execution from the ground up. Chris has worked closely with donors and volunteers on all aspects of fundraising, particularly campaign and donor communications, and holds a master’s degree in strategic communications from American University.

Angelina Klouthis
Director of Client Services

Through data-driven decision making, Angelina helps non-profit partners increase their revenue, cultivate donors, and raise their profile. She previously launched the Vicente Ferrer Foundation (VFF USA) as its Executive Director. She has worked directly with more than 100 organizations in designing and implementing fundraising strategies from events to online giving to grants, both in the US and abroad.

Debra Williams, Event manager

Born and raised the D.C. area, Debra is an accomplished event manager.  Debra has over ten years of experience in customer service and quality assurance and has worked in all aspects of the industry from catering to project management.

After completing her BS degree at the University of Pennsylvania, Debra’s passion for events, people and non-profits led her to partner with companies like Marriott, PracticeMatch, and the Radisson.

Charisse NOCHE, Event Manager

Charisse serves C2Auctions’ Director of Operations and has 14 years of experience implementing events from data management in a wide variety of software platforms to serving as the day-of-event lead. She is passionate about building foolproof systems to streamline workflow and allow clients to focus on their goals.

Before joining the C2Auctions team, Charisse served in development and admissions roles at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School. Charisse has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from AMA Computer University in the Philippines.
